All devices are fully built in our facilities
starting from the raw material/plates. |

The Welders and Welding Operators are
qualified according to both ASME IX and EN287 standards.
Manufacturing phases are well kept under control with the help
of a software system which, through the e-workshop net, keep records of
all the processes involved in each job-order being manufactured. This
system allow also the customers to follow their job
orders in real time directly via world wide web connecting with
our servers, as well as certificates download. |

Non destructive tests (NDT) are
always carried out according to ASME and/or EN standards.

|
Hydraulic tests are always performed in
our workshop which is equipped with an hydro testing bench
and pump up to 450 BarG (6400 PSI).
Radiographic (RT), Ultrasonic (UT), Liquid Penetrant (PT)
and Magnetoscopic (MT) tests are made by ASME Lev.2 or EN
473 qualified operators.

Since 1992 Fulgosi S.n.c. has
issued a written HSE policy statement which has been
completed with its procedures. | |
|
An annual HSE Program is also produced
in order to evaluate possible new HSE matters and the reporting of these to
the board of directors assure immediate actions. The
Company issue also a written HSE Plan / Program for the projects
being carried out.
To date our main objective "zero accidends" is fully met.
